Raising a concern/complaint
Please see this Scout Association page giving guidance about raising a concern, and depending on the nature of your concern, follow the steps described below:
- Safeguarding
- Question or issue – please
- Discuss this in person with one of our leaders (but see “*” below);
- Contact the relevant person via our Contact Form.
- Formal Complaint – please complete our Complaint Form.
If your complaint cannot be dealt with satisfactorily locally, please see the Scout Association guidance on this.
(*) Please bear in mind that during section meetings and events, whilst our leaders are happy to discuss your concerns, they have to prioritise the safe running of the programme.
